Job description

Overview of job

We are currently recruiting 05 Quality Assurance (QA) positions with different levels from Junior to Senior. Depending on the level you are applying for, we will have specific responsibilities suitable for each position and your abilities.

The main tasks:

  • Identify, analyze, and document business requirements and deliver work products throughout the project life cycle.
  • Verify products or services to assure that they meet requirement and design (quality assurance).
  • Deliver products or services to customers and track status and versions.
  • Provide references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support under SLA; training users.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; select and explain the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

Job Requirement

Your Skills and Experience

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Economics, Finance, IT, Information Systems.
  • Knowledge of business processes such as equity & derivatives trading and settlement.
  • Have at least 1-2 years of test work experience.
  • Ability to build scripts, as well as testing applications.
  • Good interpersonal & teamwork skills.
  • Able to work under high pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, pro-active and independent working.
