Overview of job
Do you like to work on start-up environtment ?.
We are The Le Company, a start-up based on Vietnam, is transforming the IoT industry into the next level of innovation with the latest technologies, making people lives better and more convenient.
We are looking for CTO to take part in the development of our IoT platform. You will be the next to CEO, manage entire technical matters of the company.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop (design & coding) IoT platform to meet business needs.
- Perform the test for the system at different levels (unit testing, SIT, UAT) and deployment the product.
- Research/evaluate/prototype any new technologies which can be applied into our platform.
- Improve our existing systems in terms of performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Manage both server and device team and report to CEO.
The recruitment process requests 1 round technical and some none-technical rounds, as below:
- Round 1: There is a coding test of algorithm and Java, Spring...
- Round 2,3..: we will talk about other topics (none technical) if Round 1 is going well.
Please note:
- This role is suitable for person who has quite good financial capability. There is no salary to be paid, we only offer company stocks to you.

Job Requirement
Your Skills and Experience
Desired technical skills:
- You are technologist in big data, machine learning.
- You are expert in at least one of following programming languages: Java, C/C++, Python.
- Good knowledge of Java, Spring and some frontend frameworks.
- Knowledge of SQL, Git, Maven build, Jenkins.
- B.S in computer science degree or higher BUT NOT requested.
- Also we are very like if you are contributor of any open souce projects as Apache foundation projecs, Eclipse foundation projects, Linux foundation projects...
- You have at least 4 years professional working experience in USA, Canada, Australia, Europe.
- You are willing to work full time without salary.
- You are willing to relocate to Ho Chi Minh city for at least 1 year if you are not in Vietnam now.
- You are able to work under high pressure.
- Open-mind to learn new things and high responsibility.
- Project management experience is a plus point BUT NOT requested.
