Overview of job
- Act as a lead facilitator of regular agile cadence and
- Lead evolution of and own product vision and customer value proposition
- Collectively build product vision and time-horizon based roadmap
- Collectively build product MVP and release plan
- Work with delivery team to ensure acceptance of user stories by acting as proxy to end-users and / or customer
- Facilitate backlog grooming exercises
- Lead sprint demo and review conversations
- Facilitate functional progress update to impacted stakeholders
- Shield squad and support scrum master in ensuring MVP (and CVP) spirit is maintained from untoward impact of scope creep.
