Overview of job
Pexraytech Positioning Solutions team will research and develop high precision positioning modules for various positioning and mobility applications. The positioning modules utilize various positioning and motion detection technologies in sensor fusion to provide stable, reliable and precise positioning solution under all conditions.
The positioning modules are embedded systems without built-in display and, therefore they require an external display device such as a smartphone or tablet computer for user interface. The display device allows making of settings and configurations to the positioning system. Furthermore, the display will visualize the positioning data (path, current position, speed and heading) on a map view. Additionally, the mobile device can function as a datapath between the positioning system and Internet cloud server.
In this position, you will be in charge of developing the mobile user interface from scratch. Therefore, Android and iOS based solutions are both considered. In the project, you may utilize cloud servers, web server on our device as well as native mobile applications. You are also allowed to bring in your own vision and experience to this project.

Job Requirement
Your Skills and Experience
For this position we require:
- Three years of experience developing Mobile apps (Phones and Tablets)
- Experience of developing applications for Android or iOS
- Experience with map service api (Google maps or similar)
- Good skills in English (written and spoken)
- Team working skills
- Will to travel to Finland
- Experience with industrial applications
- Familiarity with cloud servers and applications
- Experience with web applications
- Knowledge of React and React Native
- Skills in Swift, Javascript or similar
- Experience with connected wireless smart devices (smart watch, IoT devices)
- Experience with Agile methods
