Overview of job
Overall:
As a skilled Frontend developer, you will join our "Vietnam squad" and collaborate remotely with our "Thailand crew". All of us will be working as a team (both developers & non-developers), to develop applications and business together with our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Developing web application using React and Redux.
- Plan and estimate project timeline and prioritize tasks
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and design mobile-based features
- Collaborate within team to generate best practice on web application and give an good instruction for team member.
- Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability
- Play highly interactive role with other parties
- Collaborate with the architect team to develop our core products

Job Requirement
Your Skills and Experience
- Able to communicate in English
- Strong experience in React, Redux
- Experience in writing Unit Testing.
- Proficient understanding of web technologies and web frameworks to control best practice and maintain standards
- Proficient understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Strong background in functional programming
- Strong skill in problem solving and investigation
- Effective communication skills in supervisory role, as `Mentor`
- Strong knowledge in UX and UI to collaborate with web designers to improve usability
- Self management skill
- Strong skill in team delegation
