The Job
Fossil Group is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our Wearables Product team as we set out to build and launch first-generation technology while establishing new product categories in the rapidly-growing Wearables space. Our dream teammate can operate as a strategic thought-partner with our US-based product team, while rolling up their sleeves with engineering and design to build and deliver a best-in-class product built for quality and scale.
The Day-to-Day
• Partner with our lead product managers in the US to execute product vision within the engineering team
• Develop requirements, wireframes, user flows and prototypes, with guidance from lead product manager to communicate specs to both design and engineering teams
• Work alongside an experienced technical team to launch and measure performance of new products and features
• Manage feature backlog and prioritize based on current business objectives
• Serve as a champion for our users and maintain pulse on growing trends in the
• Wearables space
Job Requirement
High-level Qualifications & Requirements:
• 2-3 years in a product development, software, design, business development or related field
• Experience working with US and international teams
• Demonstrated success problem solving in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
• Advocate for UX best practices and an eye for strong product design
• Knowledge of data-driven product development
• Excellent communication, teamwork and time management skills
• Passion for the job and for Fossil Group’s strategic vision
