Overview of job
This project is to develop system for customer in Japan.
- Join full life cycle of software development, including, but not limited.
- Provides supervision to the team of Professionals in Application Development / Systems Software Engineering sub-function.
- Make the project structure (if have request from customer)
- Have business logic mindset in order to develop business continuity plan and framework
- Research new technology that project request.
- Following the project lifecycle and specification. Able to clarify specification and propose improvement of Function Design, System Design.
- Review Detail Design, Function Design, System Design, UI, and Unit Test
- Analyze bug, propo se solution, and evaluate solutions of other members
- Hand on the requirement and problem, can communicate with Japanese

Job Requirement
Your Skills and Experience
1) Job Experience
- Must has software development experience: from Detail Design to Unit Test is indispensable.
- Have project management experience like as progress management, project management, Quality management etc., as well as more than 2 years of experience of managing the small team.
2) Technical skills
- Development language (one of languages): VB.NET/Java, iOS, Android (both web and application)
- Experience of Development Processes in at least: Detail Design, Coding, Unit Test.
3) Soft skills:
- Good interpersonal & teamwork skill, and take the Leadership.
- Have sense of responsibility.
- Capability for problem-solving.
- Able to work under high pressure.
4) Others:
- Very good Japanese communication skills (equivalent from N3)
- Can read and write Japanese documents
- Willing to take business trip to Japan more than 3 months
