Job description
Overview of job
- Perform analysis of customer business processes and requirements to evaluate, estimate and propose solution architect.
- Prepare and demonstrate proposal to customer
- Verify and validate solution implementation
- Perform detailed analysis of customer business processes and requirements to produce end-to-end specifications and documentation
- Propose solution to integrate with other systems
- Mentor and coach other techies on state of art technologies
- Lead technical team in research and apply new technologies
- Provide technical advisory and consultancy to customers
- Apply new technologies, procedures to automate and optimize process
- Support recruitment activities

Job Requirement
Your Skills and Experience
- 7+ years working Java development (Web/Desktop applications)
- Expert in more than one Web application frameworks and platforms such as Spring / Spring MVC / Struts2, EJB3 / MDB, Web Services (JAX-WS / JAX-RS), Hibernate / JPA, Message Queue / JMS – Database (SQL/MySQL/MongoDB)
- Strong experience with OOP/OOD, DI/IoC, SOLID principles, Design Patterns and Software development best practices.
- Good knowledge in performance optimization and security for web application
- Prefer for additional skills:
+ Cloud based development
+ CMS system such as CQ5, Liferay Portal
+ Enterprise integration (Message Queue, Spring Integration) or SOA (Oracle SOA, WSO2, Apache Mule)
+ Build script with Maven or Ant
- Excellent presentation and consultancy skill
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.

BGSV has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at E-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development….) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally.
