Overview of job
- Be responsible for requirement analysis, solution design and estimation
- Develop quality codes (readability, maintainability, performance consideration) to ensure high quality product deliveries
- Perform product testing and provide test documentation to ensure quality consistency
- Develop and update technical and design documentation
- Evaluate solutions, technologies and software products to determine their feasibility and desirability
- Mentor less-experienced members and review their codes
- Develop team’s competency through training, research, demo…
- Support for technical issues across different projects
- Do POC & Present new technologies or technical solution for new project
- Support recruitment activities

Job Requirement
Your Skills and Experience
- 5+ years working in Java development (Web/Desktop applications)
- Strong knowledge in Java Core, OOP/OOD, MVC, Design Patterns, Database concepts is mandatory.
- Hands on experience in Java/J2EE programming, Spring/Hibernate Frameworks, Maven, SQL/MySQL/MongoDB is mandatory.
- Experience in working on application servers such as Tomcat, and RESTFul based web services is must.
- Experience in frontend development (HTML5/CSS3, JQuery, Angular, Bootstrap, Javascript) is an advantage.
- Knowledge/experience in Eclipse Plugin/RCP Application development is a plus.
- Strong team player with passion for constantly improving product, productivity, code quality and code re-factoring.
- Knowledge/Experience in Agile (Scrum) development methodologies.
- Familiar with software development-processes.
- Ability to consult and handle relationship with customers
- Ability to work independently and good team player
- Excellent English communication skill
- Handle multiple assignment

BGSV has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at E-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development….) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally.
