Overview of job
fram^ is now looking for Senior QA to follow up the development, management, implementation and monitoring of the Quality Management System for our client. You will be responsible for ensuring that quality of the works being delivered by the project team is in compliance with project quality plan, procedures and instructions.
The Job:
- Test app performance, usability, and browser compatibility
- Test planning and assistance in automation of test cases
- Participate in planning sessions, daily huddles and release processes
- Ensure that technology and user experience problems are properly documented, and that software defects are addressed
- Drive bug prioritization and work cross-functionally with development and design
- Work closely with Customer Support and other internal teams to document bugs
- Analyze product quality and usability and report on risk
- Writing test cases and associated test artifacts

Job Requirement
Your Skills and Experience
Must have:
- 3-5 years experience
- Proficient in English, both in spoken and written form
- Professional QA experience with ALWAYS champion the customer experience
Nice to have:
- Good communication skills
- Working knowledge of one or more programming/scripting languages
- Experience with working with QA and testing in Agile environments
- Working knowledge of one or more programming/scripting languages
