- 詳細設計書を作成して、ベトナムチームと日本側のお客さんの間にコミュニケーション責任者にしていただくこと。
- 納品する前に、チームメンバーの成果物をレビューしていただくこと。
- 短期的にお客様にオンサイトすることで開発に参加していただくこと。

Job Requirement
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong Japanese skills as frequently communicate with Clients (N3 or above)
- Experience more than 1 years of BrSE/ Project Management
- Proficient with one of programming languages such as Java
- Good understanding of software development process
- Well-organized, capable of performing multiple tasks, able to work under high pressure
- Experience of working at Japanese company is a plus
