Overview of job
The Tech Team Leader is a senior developer who can contribute into product development; and play a role of leader in the Vietnam Tech team to help to optimize the team’s performance.
Responsibility of Senior developer:
- Up to the key tech skill, develop and improve the quality of product.
- Optimize workflows to ensure smooth processes.
- Ensure quality of code base.
Responsibility of Team Leader:
- Monitor the working performance and behavior of the team.
- Coaching and implement the culture and value to team members.
- Motivate the team, enhance team’s performance.
