Overview of job

• Order based creating of IMDS datasheets within initial- and post-sampling reports (internal and external)
• Maintenance of master data in the PDM bill of material (BOM) regarding missing or out of date IMDS-Node-ID’s or wrong entries for creation of IMDS datasheets
• Checking and if needed requesting missing entries of IMDS-Node-ID’s from Quality Planners as well internal or external suppliers
• Plausibility checking of requested supplier IMDS datasheets with respect to pretended guidelines (if necessary, also for supplier parts sampling) as well specific customer requirements, in agreement with the central IMDS specialists, if needed
• Managing PDM-BOM-lists in the IMDS System with subsequent plausibility checks, processing and correction of created IMDS datasheets in accordance with valid IMDS and customer rules, in agreement with the central IMDS specialists, if needed
• Transmitting IMDS datasheets to customer including regular checking and keeping track of acceptance or rejection by customers
• Inspection, correction and resubmission of rejected IMDS datasheets. If needed, requesting errorless IMDS datasheets from internal or external suppliers in agreement with the central IMDS specialists, if needed
• Responding to successful finalized IMDS datasheet preparations to corresponding authorities 
• Interface between chinese colleagues, customers and oversea training in China

• Engineer of Materials Science or Chemistry with work experience (minimum 3 years) 
• Knowledge regarding electronic parts and products / manufacturing engineering of electronic parts
• English advanced level mandatory
• Chinese intermediate level (read and write) - preferred
• Basic knowledge of SAP (PDM) – optional
• Basic knowledge of IMDS – optional
