■ Position : Testing Leader

 

■Job description
-       Lead small team 3~5 members
-       Communicate with customer in test requirement collection, consulting, progress reporting and trouble solving.
-       Transform customer’s test requirements into logical, economical and practical system designs.
-       Analyse and Design system flow and procedures to ensure optimum control and security of data and efficient use of resources.
-       Prepare detailed specifications from which complete sets of test design will be written.
-       Perform the role of Quality Control of product.
-       Make test plan and detailed schedule for team’s quality control.
-       Monitor and ensure actual progress meeting the project plan.
-       Lead in researching and coaching new technology for growing up subordinates’ testing skill.
-       Report to Leader and Line Manager.

 

■ Requirement
·         Good Japanese (equivalent N3 or above)
·         3~5 years’ experience as Software Analyst or Business Analyst for Based Software Solutions.
·         At least 2+ years’ experience in Software Development Life Cycle, especially product’s quality control and automation testing.
·         Good design documentation is required.
Plus:
·         Major in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any other IT-related fields is a plus.
·         Strong problem-solving skill, with a logical, analytical and approach to work.
·         Able to work under tight schedule.
·         Able to build team work’s spirit.

 

■Salary: 18-30 Net

 

■Working time:
Mon-Fri (8:00 - 17:00). OT salary (according to Vietnam labor Law.)

 

■Other benefits:
- 100% salary in probation time
- Beside NET salary, employee will get bonus 2 times per year according to working performance periodically and company profit.
- Review Salary : 1 time per year. ( in January)
- Professional working conditions.
- Japanese, Support IT and Business Manner courses.
- Work off on Saturday and Sunday by weekly, public holidays according to Vietnam labor Law.
- Except mandatory insurance (regulated by Vietnam Insurance Security), AON insurance package for employee and family (spouse and kids) is included.
- Take annual leave 16 days per year.
