Overview of job
- Participate in the planning stage where senior analyst determine which activities are necessary in order to complete a business analysis effort including identification of stakeholders, selection of business analysis techniques, the process that will be used to manage requirements, and how to assess the progress of the work;
- Provide documentation support for requirements gathering; process analysis; gap analysis; design of new functionality; and product testing under the direction of Product Manager;
- Transfer business analysis works to development teams;
- Conduct integration test and system test of final products before going to beta environment.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills - able to analyze and solve problems
- Technical writing skill is a plus
- Background in software development especially in e-commerce is a plus
- Medium to strong in communication skills
