Overview of job
We are looking for 10 Java Developers to involve in technical leadership and participate in different phases of the software development cycle from requirements, designs to implementations (for US & Japan Market).
You will join a family of 300 experienced and skilled engineers and designers. You will be the backbone of the GNT global team responsible for the development of world-class software.
A. US MARKET
MUSIC STREAMING PLATFORM
- Cooperate with US team to work smoothly.
- Estimate, plan, motivate and lead the team.
B. JAPAN MARKET
1. GAME
- Design & implement new features and maintain existing back-end game/app system.
- Involve in a full stage of a product development: from specification, design, testing, debug and maintenance.
2. CRM SYSTEM
- Develop new features or maintain existing fearures of the product.
- Develop Web-based tools for operating and managing the system.
C. VIET NAM MARKET
FARMI.VN (E-commerce website that sell healthy fruit/vegetables).
Build ERP system to manage all product life-cycle (Catalog, Inventory, Logistic...)
* Working time: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (From Monday to Friday)
* Working place: 46-48-50-52 B4 Street, Sala Urban Area, An Loi Dong Ward, Dist. 2.

Job Requirement
Your Skills and Experience
Required Skills
- Good Java Core.
- Java Web Services Development using RESTful API.
- Experienced popular frameworks: Spring / Struts / Hibernate / Plays...
- Strong Computer Science fundamentals in Algorithms, Data structures, Object - Oriented Programming, Database.
- Strong Database skills in SQL and NoSQL solutions as well as strengths/weaknesses of both.
Nice to have
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 1+ year experience (3+ years for Senior / Leader) in Software Development.
- Experience in working for Global Company or Japanese Company is a plus.
- Able to communicate in Japanese or English is a big plus.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
For Leader/ Manager level
- Able to research issues and provide technical solutions.
- Must be seen as a leader and mentor to junior developers.
- Conduct code review for junior team members.
- Strong time management skills.
