Overview of job
We are looking 1 Senior and 3 Junior .NET Developers, to be responsible for innovative program design, coding and layout of window and web applications in various business automation systems.
Your main responsibilities:
- Participate in requirements analysis
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture
- Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages
- Test and deploy applications and systems
- Revise, update, refactor and debug code
- Improve existing software
- Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support

Job Requirement
Your Skills and Experience
MUST HAVE:
- Proven experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer
- Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC))
- Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, ASP .NET) and HTML5/CSS3
- Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
- Familiarity with development tools: Git/SVN, Redmine, Visual Studio, Eclipse, NetBeans, Vagrant, etc.
- Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate English skills.
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
NICE TO HAVE:
- Teamworkskills (working in Japanese-style projects is a big advantage).
- Experience in working with other languages as PHP, Java, NodeJS, C# is a big advantage for senior position.
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
- Japanese N3 level or above is a big advantage (extra subsidy and a lot of opportunities)
