Can you design a beautiful and simple user experience that will delight end users? Do you have experience with user research, prototyping and understanding of how users interact with both mobile and web applications? Can you coach, build and grow a highly collaborative team? Are you persuasive enough to sell your product designs to a tough crowd? 

We are looking for a talented and hands-on Head of UI/UX to work with an energetic Agile team to delivery engaging user experiences and prototypes that will delight our customers. You will lead a growing UX Design team working in close collaboration to delivery world class fintech solutions.

To be successful in the role you will need to possess broad experience in user research, wire-framing, prototyping, user experience, user testing and visual design. You will bring a passion for meeting the needs of individuals and businesses through a range of banking products as well as a deep understanding of the benefits that technology can bring to customers’ daily lives. 

We are seeking a motivated individual who is:

• Having a great understanding of customers: You’ ve done your research of end-users. You understand business needs and constraints. You push yourself out there for a chance to connect with customers, so you know their pain-points and work restlessly to solve those. Your world class user-centered design takes into consideration research, business drivers, customer segments and usability feedback.
• A strong influencer: Ourstakeholders & team members have years of experience in product development andare a tough crowd when it comes to customer experience. You have to be pursuasive, confident and know your audience so well to communicate the complex design concepts and help them see, understand and empathize with the customers whose solutions they build for. English is our primary communication language, be excellent at it.
• A visionary: You need to be an agent of change, for better experience, better interfaces and better processes to get the other 2 done. We expect you to break the rules and redefine them, to help us create the future for the company and our customers through your designs.
• A people leader: Assemble the UX/UI designer team, guide and inspire them, and inject in them the confidence to go and operate independently without your supervising. Be empathy toward your members, just like how you are empathy toward your end-users, yet be straightforward in your critique and help them stay focus on the tasks at hand.
• A collaborator: Our team spans across 3 countries and is expected to grow even bigger and broader in the near future. You will collaborate with people from different backgrounds, different mindset and cultures at all time. Being in this extremely interactive role, you need to be able to facilitate smooth interactions among youself, the designer team and other members of the cross-function teams. Understand the dynamic, know when to press hard and when to let go to get things done. There is no “one size fits all” when it comes to people interactions.
