Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager, who will work on advancing and tier 1 supporting the Consumer Product Team, including the software/ product release. This is a cross functional role and you will serve as key point of contact for project participants and stakeholders to track and manage the delivery of our product lines relating to MFi.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with internal business teams to define business processes and associated system requirements.
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involve all relevant stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility.
- Project estimation, budget control, people management and risk management.
- Identify and resolve risks, issues and conflicts to ensure quality control throughout the project life cycle.
- Review product concepts and execute the MFi licenses for use with MFi devices (if required) to make sure our products comply with the Apple MFi licensing.
- Manage Apple MFi requirements and certification.
- Drive suppliers and integrate their deliverables/ schedules into projects.
- Lead and motivate the development team, supervise and evaluate team members, provide them with valid and constructive feedback, supportive and professional mentoring.

Job Requirement
Your Skills and Experience
5+ years of practical experience in project management in Embedded software/ hardware development.
Background with IoT services, cloud networking, Apple MFi and related protocols.
Have solid experience in Linux, C/ C ++ Programming, CPU Architectures, Microcontrollers and Microprocessors.
Hand-on knowledge of Consumer products.
Exhibit a curious mindset about new ideas.
Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
Self-motivated and pro-active with demonstrated creative and critical thinking.
Previous involvement in producing products for manufacturing environments is preferable.
