- Technical IT support for retail IT system.
- Deploying, installing computer systems, computer networks (LAN, WAN ...) Internet and office equipment
- Consulting, support, troubleshooting of computers, LANs, Internet and office equipment;
- Maintenance of computer systems, computer networks and office equipment;
- Work with Vietnam retail client and oversea IT development team
- Business trip in Vietnam and oversea
- Management the IT support team in the future

Job Requirement
Your Skills and Experience
- Male/Female
- Fluent in English
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience of IT support or IT operation
- Excellent communications ability
- Better to have experience in retail industry
- Better to have basic IT knowledge of Java, .NET, Windows, AWS
- Better to have fluent Chinese
