Overview of job
We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to work in a close-knit team on the design of seamless customer journeys and intuitive user experiences.
You would be working closely with a project manager and software engineers on a multitude of client projects. The PM would gather requirements, demographics, usability problems and product objectives from the client and as a team, you would be responsible for finding solutions and creating optimized client experiences. You are expected to have experience with sketching wireframes, building lo-fi design prototypes, evaluating user testing feedback and designing hi-fi layouts. Communication is key and the objective of our design sprints is: if you fail, fail fast.
You will also be expected to be flexible, as quite often we will work with non-technical clients who may have baffling and may have very specific requirements, in which case you need to be able to work individually and design layouts according to the briefs and specifications provided by the client.
Responsibilities
- Come up with creative solutions for real usability problems
- Sketch Wireframes & Design Lo-Fi Prototypes for user testing
- Design beautiful interfaces
- Improve upon our design process, keep up to date with most recent best practices and document SOPs

Requirements
- Experience using Figma, Sketchapp (with Craft, Principle, sketch toolbox and other essential plugins) or Adobe XD
- Experience with using Zeplin to work with the Front-end engineer
- Experience with building prototypes in Invision or Marvelapp
- Understanding of grid systems
- Understanding of vertical rhythm/baseline
- Knowledge of Human Interface Guidelines
