Overview of job
- Khai thác khách hàng theo database Công ty cung cấp (Data đã chọn lọc)
- Liên hệ với khách hàng theo data được cung cấp (là các chủ cửa hàng kinh doanh) để tư vấn, thuyết phục khách hàng sử dụng phần mềm quản lý bán hàng KiotViet
- Demo hướng dẫn qua teamview giúp khách hàng hiểu hơn về tính năng và cách sử dụng phần mềm
- Gặp gỡ khách hàng trực tiếp (tại văn phòng công ty hoặc tại cửa hàng kinh doanh của khách hàng) để tư vấn và demo thao tác trực tiếp trên máy tính
- Báo giá và tư vấn các gói hợp đồng phù hợp với từng khách hàng
- Chốt và ký hợp đồng với khách hàng
- Chủ động tìm kiếm khách hàng
- Chủ động tìm kiếm khách hàng thông qua các mối quan hệ cá nhân (người thân, bạn bè…)
- Tìm kiếm thông qua các mạng xã hội để tìm kiếm, kết nối với khách hàng là các chủ cửa hàng kinh doanh (thời trang, tạp hóa, siêu thị mini, hiệu thuốc, quán cf, trà sữa, mỹ phẩm, nhà hàng…)
- Tuân thủ các quy trình và đạo đức nghề nghiệp
Job Requirement
- Tốt nghiệp trung cấp trở lên.
- Tối thiểu 06 tháng kinh nghiệm làm nhân viên kinh doanh;
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có mạng lưới quan hệ rộng với các chủ cửa hàng bán lẻ; có kinh nghiệm sử dụng các công cụ quản lý công việc như CRM;
- Thành tạo tin học văn phòng (Word, Excel) và am hiểu internet, mạng xã hội;
- Có máy tính xách tay & phương tiện đi lại
