Overview of job
- Engineer and build high performance and scalable multi-channel management solutions targeting 8 millions e-commerce retailers across SEA
- Operate, optimize, maintain the production system currently supporting 17,000 e-commerce retailers selling more than 250,000 orders / day (same size as platforms like Shopee, Lazada,..)
- Build business applications that leverage on big data & analytics technology for customers
- Create, code, and improve the server/server-side applications and databases
- Consult and contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle, from the initial specification, through to developing, testing and launching
- Provide material feedback to junior team members.
Job Requirement
• >= 3yrs exp knowledge of Java Spring
• Strong experience in building data-driven JAVA
• Experience developing modern responsive web applications with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Spring Boot
• Experience with RDBMS, SQL, and object/relational mappings, dealing with large data (Oracle, Postgres...), NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra…)
• Practical experience on one of Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure, Google)
• Experience with software development principles such as SOLID, DRY
• Experience with Microservices and web Rest APIs
• Experience following Agile methodology
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git, SVN
