Overview of job
- Oversees the team of local software development engineers
- Coordinates project status, tasks and activities with the head office in the USA
- Works with customer to evaluate requirements and prioritize work tasks
- Ensures that project goals and milestones are achieved
- Ensures office compliance with ISO 27001 IT security policies and procedures
- Coordinates office facilities and systems, work with IT department to assist in support of local equipment
- Track project budgets and assist with customer invoicing
- Maintains a staff capable of achieving required project goals, including hiring of new staff, conducting performance reviews of staff, establishing office standards for training, education and personal growth for staff
- Creates a work environment where collaboration and established high standards lead to success.

Job Requirement
- Degree in Computer Science or IT related field
- Minimum 5 years of proven software management experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written in English and Vietnamese
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Have a strong ability to be organized, manage time and handle multiple tasks/projects and priorities in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Ability to travel internationally to USA and other countries is required
