- Là cầu nối giữa khách hàng Nhật Bản và Leader ở Việt Nam.
- Làm việc trực tiếp với khách hàng Nhật: giao tiếp, thương lượng, nhận, phân tích các yêu cầu của dự án phần mềm… "
- Chịu trách nhiệm truyền đạt yêu cầu
Job Requirement
- Tiếng Nhật: N2 - N1
- Kinh nghiệm IT: 2 năm
- Ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm ở Nhật.
- Training về kỹ năng công nghệ, các kỹ năng mềm, các kỹ năng quản lý dự án, quản lý chất lượng
- Đào tạo và học tập tiếng Nhật miễn phí
- Cùng tham gia vào hệ thống quản trị phát triển công ty
- Cơ hội tiếp cận và nắm bắt các xu hướng công nghệ, kiến trúc service mới nhất (AI, IoT, VR, AR...)
- Được làm việc trực tiếp với các khách hàng lớn Nhật Bản
- Môi trường làm việc IT thoải mái, năng động và đặc biệt hỗ trợ nhau trong công việc, làm việc trực tiếp với bác người Nhật tại công ty.
- Tuần làm việc 5 ngày, nghỉ thứ 7, chủ nhật và các ngày lễ theo quy định.
- Nói KHÔNG với việc OT (Làm thêm giờ).
- Tham gia những dự án Product bí mật của công ty.
