JOB DESCRIPTION:
IT Engineers are responsible for all office IT system working smoothly and stably, including: office network, hard/software support, anti-virus, security and backup. IT engineers are also in charge of maintaining and developing for IT internal tools
They have chances to be trained to become network admin, system admin with experience in programming, Linux and Cloud systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• IT helpdesk (respond to queries, troubleshoot, and provide the solution);
• Manage software and license;
• Manage hardware and network (PC, printer, network devices, etc.);
• Develop internal IT tools (assets management, license management);
• Build the IT and Security processes;
• Other project tasks as required by Manager of Infra team and Engineering Director.

REQUIREMENTS:
• University Degree;
• Background knowledge of Computer Science;
• Understanding about software license, hardware (PC, laptop, printer, network equipment, etc);
• Team work spirit and ability of working individually;
• Willing to approach and update latest technologies;
• At least 1 year of experience as a IT Helpdesk Engineer.
