Overview of job
We are looking for Talent QA-QC members to join our projects. The main tasks will involve in the development of role Automation QA-QC and service-side logic, definition and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the client. Your main responsibility will be:
- Develop test plan and test case
- Approve test conditions and test cases for phase level testing
- Identify unclear or inconsistent items in specifications and ask questions to clarify these
- Analyze and raise the issues, propose the solution/method to improve the system
- Review and accept the project plan at the start of the project and specifically the milestones and hours for test case writing and testing
- Have a proactive and good work relationship with other team members
- Develop the test strategy and workflow/framework for testing in the project
- Approve environment and data requirements to complete test execution
- Test estimation, test completion reports and Status reporting
- Plan and schedule test phases for projects as detailed within the Test Strategy
- Provide input to the Agile estimation process.
- Provide test status reporting to PM/PO

Job Requirement
Your Skills and Experience
- More than 3 years in AUTOMATION role for QA -QC / Testing on a major project.
- Strong experience in estimating test activities and deliverable
- Able to communicate English well (write, read, speak and listen).
- Strong knowledge and solid experience in testing types, testing methodologies, the test life cycle
- Understand about Agile or Scrum Framework & Mindset
- Excellent organization skills ability to concurrently inspire and direct QA-QC practices and process across multiple delivery teams
