Overview of job
Responsibility
- Design and balance game system, ingame economy, difficulty progression and more.
- Collaborate process with PM, artists, engineers to transform game concepts to high quality products with strong player engagement, retention and monetization.
- Research and create new game
- Monitor and analyze game performance (Retention rate, Conversion Rate ...)

Job Requirement
Your Skills and Experience
Requirement
- At least 2 year of experience in Game Designer position and at least 3 products that have been released to the market.
- Experience in analysing benchmarked games in the market and come up with successfull application for working games
- Solid knowledge in casual game mechanics, game flow, and UI/UX design.
- Analytics and statistical skill.
- Experience with game balancing, including ingame economies and difficulty progression.
- Good communication skill, both verbal and written.
- Responsibility and diligence in all work involved
- Keen eye for detail
- Passionate about making and playing mobile games
