Overview of job
- Get ideas from Clients or Product Owners to translate business requirements into User Experience requirements
- Create wireframe, prototype, UX and UI design
- Present and walkthrough stakeholders and team members on UX/UI solutions
- Proficiency in user psychology. Understand how to arrange graphic elements according to human centric design
- Work closely with our existing UI/UX Designers, Product Owners and/or Directors to create world-class user-centric design that takes into consideration research, business drivers, and usability feedback
- Potentially lead/mentor a few team members

Job Requirement
Your Skills and Experience
- Excellent Learning Mindset
- 2+ years of UI/UX design at least
- Good English level (Verbal & Oral Communication)
- Mastery of core design concepts (composition & layout, color theory, typography, etc.)
- Experience across all platforms (Web, Mobile App)
- Experience Digital Design Tool (Sketch, Figma, XD,.. or anything tools you can use)
- Experience collaboration tool with Front-end Developer (Zeplin, Invision, Marvel App, etc.)
- Understanding of User-Centric Design, Atomic Design, Design System
It's Awesome if you
- Are Full Stack Designer or
- Have Ability to generate front-end code (HTML/CSS/jQuery) or
- Have Incredible sense of User Experience and Usability or
- Have a good mindset about aesthetic
