Overview of job
KEY ROLE: Driving market share growth to meet sales targets for Business Development.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop strategic and tactical plans to meet or exceed sales objectives
2. Develop sales resources in the field, and via conferences/ forums/ networking events...
3. Identify key decision-makers within the partner organization
4. Approach and pursue opportunities to meet partners’ needs
5. Plan, organize and carry out presentations to partners
6. Collaborate with internal teams to create, execute, measure and grow sales
7. Provide inputs for developing product, service and the brand
8. Conduct market researches to understand the competitive landscape and trends
Job Requirement
Requirements:
1. At least 3 years of experience in technical/consultative sales to enterprise customers
2. Experienced in healthcare industry is an advantage
3. Demonstrate experience in generating sales for new business is a plus
4. Strong organizational, presentation, networking and analytical skills
5. Good command in English and Microsoft Office
