Overview of job
- Developing high-quality and detailed designs.
- Lead the TechJDI offshore team in developing customization based on projects functional requirements.
- Reviewing the work of other developers and providing feedback.
- Identifying risk and conducting mitigation action planning.
- Assist in the provisioning of cloud environment (Azure/AWS) based on projects’ defined architecture.
- Deploy the customizations and solutions to multiple environments.
- Able to run and troubleshoot performance, load and security testing.
- Using coding standards and best practices to ensure quality.
- Solid understanding of framework and design patterns.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.

Job Requirement
Your Skills and Experience
- 8+ years of hands-on java experience;
- Degree in Engineering, Information Systems or related.
- Extensive experience in the IT industry.
- Sound knowledge of estimation techniques.
- Sound knowledge of Java technologies.
- Good understanding of unit testing methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication skills.
