MicroAd Technology Development company is looking for Lead of Software Engineering to build up the trending and state-of-the-art products for online advertising.
We are looking for Senior Java Developer
Job Scope
- On the top of the mission stack, you self-manage and make decisions on your own about making products or things which really matter. You have full authority to approach, solve the problem in a creative way.
- You get involved in the whole journey of shipping products to users from the concept, design, implementation, testing, deployment.
- Involve into the software/system architecture design of platform wide
- In charge with configuration management (code repos, env configuration, system monitoring) on AWS, and deployment process (CD, CI)
- Being a part of the team who build up the product to be the top player of the target market
- You stay with the team as a good team player where people together build up products, common value, and sharing the most convenient culture.

Job Requirement
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong background in computer science (algorithm, data structure, system design, design patterns)
- Minimum 4 years experience with Java Web Development
- Deep knowledge and experiences with Java core, JEE, Spring MVC/Boots, Spring Batch, Hibernate
- Advanced with Postgres (or MySql), MongoDB
- Convenient with Front End technology: HTML5, CSS3, JS (good to be convenient with Angular)
- Proficient with source repos and workflow GIT, peer code review conducting experience
- Proficient with cloud services AWS. Have knowledge with Docker is a plus
- Conveniently flexible to learn and switch technology on demand.
- Experienced with design and development of large-scale, high computational performance system, and real time data processing products
- Intermediate English with reading and writing, efficient with speaking and listening
- Great team player, and sufficient with self-managed (you will manage your own work in a efficient way)
- Ultimately, you produce code with passion. You care about people. You demonstrate a strong ownership and a sense of quality of your works.
Good to have
- Huge advantage with experience with online advertising products (for publisher, or advertiser) TDD practitioner is a big plus.
- Familiar with Agile and SCRUM practice, CD (Continuous Delivery), End to End Test (i.e Selenium)
- Familiar with Atlassian tool family (JIRA, Confluence, BitBucket), GitLab
