Overview of job

We’re looking for a Business Analyst will play a key part in the establishment and build of a new business. This business will act as a centralized hub providing solutions and application development across the business.

You will bring a passion for meeting the needs of individuals and businesses through a range of projects/ products as well as a deep understanding of the benefits that technology can bring to customers’ daily lives.

Responsibilities :

+ Analyze and document business requirements in details by using UML Diagrams, Use Cases, Functional Specifications and communicate them clearly to Stakeholders and Software Development Team.
+ Test the software and write user documentation and user’s manuals
+ Illustrate and develop ideas using storyboards, process flows, UI mockups and prototypes…
+ Acting as the bridge between client and offshore to clarify requirement with development team (developers, QC, UI designer) both business and system analysis view as well as the bridge among internal team
+ Follow the development process and ensure that the specifications are met
+ Ensure meeting deadline and quality standards

+ Have 2-3 years Business Analysis in IT software industry
+ Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both a technical audience and business users.
+ Good at presentation, time management and client relation skills.
+ Good command of English communication (oral and written)
+ Good interpersonal and collaboration skills, strong team working ability
+ MUST have experience in reading, analyzing, developing diagrams (UML, BPMN 2.0)
+ MUST have experience in Finance, Banking domain
+ Experience in Mobile technology for UI as well as application
