Overview of job
We are seeking a bright, responsive and experience PM who win a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth. Not only that, but he/she will also hand on translate product strategy into detailed requirements, specs, prototypes, user cases, workflows, wireframes, roadmap and side by side with the team to achieve the goal.
Responsibility:
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact; focus the team on revenue and customers.
- Take responsibility for devising and executing a winning plan (no excuses)
- Carry out creative discussions on UI/UX with usability designers to deliver mockups and prototypes requirements and feature specs.
- Work closely with Design and Engineering to specify requirements, and ensure features are being implemented according to business expectations.
- Collaborate with designers and engineers to make sure features deliver business objectives while also meeting a high standard of usability across web and mobile apps.
- Anticipate the serious product flaws and build real solutions
- Define the target, the “what” (as opposed to the how) and manage the delivery of the “what”.
- Delivering superior value to the market place during inbound planning and achieving market share and revenue goals during outbound
- Play as scrum lead to manage resource support and asset creation for development needs, while identifying and mitigating design and development risks. as well as regular reports to business owners about project progression.

Job Requirement
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager
- Experience in Data Analytic
- Experience making social network app or OTT platform is plus
- Dynamic, light-minded, have the ability to influence and inspire others
- Good at communication
- Open to listen
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Analytical skill
- Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams
