Overview of job
- Receive alerts from monitoring systems via SMS/email
- Identify the issue and fix it or contact other parties for solving
- Have knowledge of business processes and how the systems are working
- Communicate with customers on technical and non-technical matters and perform continuous process improvement to all support and maintenance activities.
- Correcting errors if any and modifying the existing software
- Undergo a detailed study of the existing system to and recommend installation or up-gradation of a new system
- Interact with customers or clients about the project status and solve their technical issues if any

Job Requirement
Your Skills and Experience
·Bachelor degree in IT major is preferred
·At least 1 year experience in IT software design/development
·Able to do trouble shooting, root cause analysis to support other IT teams to resolve the incident in applications
·Understand the enterprise IT architecture practices, application integration blueprints
·Fluently in English (speaking and writing)
·Advanced skill of Microsoft Office
·Working knowledge of SQL/Oracle database (or DBMS)
·Ability to diagnose & address application issues
