The Job: Senior Operation Manager
We are looking for a Senior Operation Manager to upgrade our operation process and performance to deliver the best efficiency and performance across the organization. The specific duties of a Senior Operations Manager include formulating strategy, improving performance, optimizing cost, procuring material and resources, and securing compliance. Ultimately, a top-notch Senior Operation Manager should have excellent organizational, people management, and problem-solving skills.
• Hold daily operations tight to the business' main KPIs: Work closely with all teams to define main KPIs tightening with our main business KPIs and then make sure that they're on track.
• Improve performance & efficiency across functions: Set up a data dashboard that reports the main important aspects of our daily operations, improves performance across functions including supply chain, warehouse, and customer-front team.
• Supply Chain Management: Oversee & ensure good communication efficiency: Manage operation flow among international teams to make sure that problems from sales and cs get heard and resolved.
• Cost Optimization: A data-driven mindset and can-be attitude, which will help us see different ways to optimize & negotiate our cost.
• Compliance: Provide consulting services on matters related to fundraising, tax and insurance questions, and business structure and growth.
• Risk Management: Serve as primary liaison to legal counsel in addressing legal issues e.g. copyright, antitrust, governing instruments, partnerships, licensing, etc.
Job Requirement
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 8 years of experience as a Senior Operation or in a similar role.
• Project management and leadership experience.
• Ability to analyze and improve operational processes.
• Strong data and structural mindset, good at problem-solving and management.
• Excellent organizational, communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented.
• Fluent in English
