- Design and implement software architecture
- Lead other developers to implement software products
- Code the most complex parts in our software (in other words, get your hands dirty, we don't hire architecture astronaut)

- Strong computer science and software architecture foundation
- Proficiency in building resilient, scalable and complex software solutions
- Top-notch coding skills in JavaScript, NodeJS and React (or Vue)
- Fast learning and passionate about picking up new technologies
- Highly result-oriented: use techs to solve problems
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- 5+ years of experience building complex software products
