Overview of job
- Installing, configuring, managing and maintaining (Administering) Windows Server environment: Active Directory, Group Policies, Exchange 2007 & 2013, Kaspersky Mail GW, File & Printing Server, WSUS, Kaspersky Security Center, Data backup System (HP Data Protector & EMC networker)
- Take part in IT projects that are relevant to O365, Windows-bases system and cloud (AWS & Azure SysOps).
- Document IT Systems and make sure that the documents are up-to-date.
- Coordinate with other teams (Network, Contact Center, Helpdesk,.. ) to make sure that the systems have maximum uptime and security.
- Research and propose new technologies that will benefit the company
- Undertake daily administration, including monitoring system performance
- Ensuring successful backups, and developing, implementing disaster recovery plans
- Proactively monitor and solve any problems with the servers and systems
- Installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting Vmware Vsphere.
- To evaluate and design automation workflows to our IT Operations challenges. will be responsible for developing and implementing process strategies, managing system resources, optimizing current system, and maintaining system.

Job Requirement
Your Skills and Experience
- At least 02 years experiencing with AWS, Azure, Windows based technology (Strong experience & knowledge of Windows server).
- Intermediate level of spoken English (be able to communicate sometimes with foreigners – basic level needed).
- Good written English (be able to communicated well via email with European specialists and colleagues).
- Documentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science is prefer.
- MCSA/MCSE, Firewall certificate is prefer.
