Overview of job
This is a very challenging and exciting position who would like to learn and work in various field such as:
- Understanding the specification written in Japanese and figuring out the way to implement with you and other non-Japanese speakers
- Leading a team by technical skill and communication (Generally, each team has members both in Vietnam and Japan)
- Development with Ruby on Rails
- Testing
You will have opportunities to cooperate with members in different departments and different locations. You can improve your skills and figure out your potential abilities as well.

Job Requirement
Your Skills and Experience
Requirements:
- Language: Japanese (native or bilingual proficiency to understand financial related docusments) and English (limited working proficiency)
- More than 2 years of experience as a backend software engineer (You will have a Ruby coding challenge)
- More than 1 year of experience in project management
- Experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL
- Motivation to learn new programming languages and techniques
Nice to have:
- Experience with Ruby on Rails
- Familiarity with unit test in Rails
- Experience with Amazon Web Services
- Experience working or studying in Japan
- Knowledge of the Scrum framework
- Interested in business/finance
