Overview of job
- Provide technical leadership and support for a development team ( teamsize: from 6 members).
- Collaborate with team members to identify, assign, produce, and deliver tasks on time.
- Take responsibility for making key decisions to ensure project quality.
- Report to PM on the progress of project.
Job Requirement
Must have:
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineer or related field.
- Have at least 1 year of experience in PHP Team Leader.
- Ability to manage and handle member relationships.
- Good communication, logic thinking and work under pressure.
Nice to have:
- Proficient with one of programming languages such as (Java/Python, Ruby…).
- Have Japan’s culture knowledge, experiences for working at Japanese company or in Japan.
- Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform and Salesforce Development.
