We are looking for an experienced Solution Delivery Manager who will be responsible for working with Key stakeholders ( UK, NO,Singapore ) from various functional ( Sale , Marketing , Product) to define measurable business value to our client.

You will be responsible for plan and manage end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects across a variety of capabilities.
Ensure quality delivery across the technology practice leveraging delivery standards and best practices
Mentor and coaching teams on agile and lean techniques to improve the effectiveness of the team’s performance.
Lead and guide multiple teams to ensure successful and timely delivery of solutions to the market. This necessarily includes a quality focus including, security, performance and availability of these solutions.
You will focus on delivering SAAS Solutions – AWS for Insurance, CRM
You will responsible for P&L across projects, products
You will engage in pre-sales activities with sales and business teams to frame technology solutions, estimation, and resources
You will need to be professional and more proactive in a talented and passionate team.

To be successful in this role you must have some of the following:

Degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree is preferred with above 10 years experience focusing in IT or software development
Experience in DevOps and Automation testing
Familiar with Agile development methodologies, Atlassian ( jira , Confluence…)
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills across organizational boundaries.
Ability to work with a range of technical staff to develop joint solutions in projects, portfolios
Have experience with insurance domain is plus
Comfortable being responsible for delivering high client satisfaction
Strong mentoring and coaching experience
Fluency in written & spoken English language
Good analytical and problem solving, negotiation skills
Expert in Risk management, Release management process, Incident management
Ability to be a liaison between development and business
Adaptability and flexibility, ready for change
