Overview of job
This role is to provide support and advice to business from data analysis perspective, with following responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Identify business needs and design measurement metrics
- Query databases (SQL) to assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirement
- Automate report and optimize processing time for data, report and analysis delivery
- Work with analytics tools and languages (R / Python) to provide actionable insights into customer behavior, product usage, salesforce productivity, risk signal and other key business performance metrics
- Maintain and upgrade ongoing report and analysis model
- Work with stakeholder including Executive, Product, Risk, Sale and IT team to assist with data-based strategy

Job Requirement
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor Degree (knowledge of Data science / Statistics is a plus)
- 5+ years of data science working experience
- Interest in banking business and data field
- System-savvy (SQL, R / Python is a must)
- Exceptional analytical and numerical skills
- Comfortable deconstructing complex and open-ended problems which may not yield a clear cut solution
- Ability to work independent and to carry out assignments to completion based on the original goals with minimal supervision
- Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary team
- Be Proactive in improving data analysis and business key focuses
- Ability to manage team to delivery business request
