Overview of job
This role is responsible for the development and refinement of Data Management standards and processes and supporting all aspects of the data integration architecture. This role requires a person that possesses a strong and diverse background in both traditional and modern data architecture concepts, tools, solutions and practices.
- Experience in data integration across multiple enterprise scale systems
- Experience designing the data integration strategy
- Experience performing database schema designs (relational and multi-dimensional)
- Experience designing and enforcing business rules to ensure data standards
- Experience with data integration, data modeling and data mapping
- Experience developing and configuring data pipelines, testing and enable activation based on prioritized business use cases
- Familiarity with business intelligence, analytical and reporting tools and processes
- Familiarity with Data Management best practices; metadata collection, storage and management
- Work effectively with data owners, business owners and business analysts
Job Requirement
- Good understanding of data management - data lineage, metadata, data quality, data governance, master data management
- Key Skills: SAP, ERP, Big Query, GCP services, data pipelines design, ETL, Agile implementation, Master Data domain experience, BI develop processes
- Consulting skills paired with strong technical skills, to convey the value of data solutions to the business (pros/cons, challenges, requirements needed, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of table structures, relational and multi-dimensional databases
- Strong knowledge of ERP, supply chain, retail and logistics
- Experience leveraging cloud technologies: GCS, Big Query, Dataflow, Dataprep, Data Catalog, etc.
