Overview of job
- Lead the design team process and train the designers
- Deliver attractive and effective user interfaces across a range of features in-app.
- Create user flows, design wireframe, concept sketches and produce prototypes.
- Conduct usability testing to validate design concepts.
- Collaborate with the cross-functional product team from the start to the launch of a final product.
- Work closely with the product management and design team to ensure any UIUX solutions will help to compliment the overall user experience and journey.
- In charge of the product’s design system.
- Employ design thinking and questioning techniques to develop strategies and execution plans where pathways are not always obvious.

Job Requirement
Your Skills and Experience
- A relevant degree in-related field.
- At least 3 year of experience in UX/UI Design roles, 1 year of experience in lead
- UX/UI design portfolio to demonstrate the capabilities.
- Previous experience with user centered design principles and practices, web/mobile standards.
- A strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator), SketchApp , figma
- A strong working knowledge of wireframing and prototyping tools.
- Experience in building large-scale product
- Have experience in UI animation
- Some experience of user research and usability testing would be a plus.
- A basic understanding of HTML and CSS would be a plus
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Creative ideas with problem solving mindset.
- A willingness to jump in and do what it takes to help the team achieve results.
- Working well as a team member in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple design requests in a timely fashion, with competing priorities and deadlines.
