Overview of job
※ PL Role
Giving clear directions and instructions to both team members and stakeholders.
Clarifying the duties, roles and functions of each team members
Creating and implement project plan and execution project
Maintain direct and open interaction with line managers to make sure all resources
needed for the project are available.
※ BA Role
Creating configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
Creating reporting and alerting requirements
Developing relationship with customer side.
Creating design, document and maintain system processes
Having communicate key insights and findings to development team

Job Requirement
Your Skills and Experience
※ BA
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business analysis, business administration, finance or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Superior presentation and negotiation skills
- Proven management and organizational skills
- Strong adaptability and capacity to work in fast-paced environments
- In-depth understanding of organizational data flow and its use in management decision-making
- 3 years on Business Analyst role: analyzing business requirements, creating proposal, use cases, screen and Interface designs, basic design, detail design, etc.
※ PHP Experience
- Have knowledge with standard library of PHP programming language.
- Have more than 6 years working on one of PHP frameworks (Laravel, Zend, Magento)
- Good coding and debug skill.
- Can review source code.
※ Management Experience
- Good in code version control (How to use GIT, SVN, Branch Model)
- Can understand advance queries, manage the cursor. Understand how data are actually stored.
- Share idea and communicate through designs, example and specification in a non ambiguous way.
- Understand development process with Waterfall, V models, Agile
- Manage project progress to make sure on-time delivery with high quality.
