Overview of job
We are looking for a person who can:
- Deal with incoming incidents via email, over the phone and online meetings (G2M, TeamViewer)
- Deal with 2nd line support and development team
- Configure product in customer's environment, describing product requirements and features
- Troubleshoot Network Connectivity Issues, Operating System and Application issues
- Investigate product issues and providing custom builds with fixes
- Help Sales team with technical questions during meetings

Job Requirement
Your Skills and Experience
You properly are the potential candidate for this position, if you have:
- At least two (02) years of experience in relevant position
- Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows administration
- Upper-intermediate English
- Customer-oriented attitude
- Available for an early shift (work at 6-7.00 PM)
- University degree in the field of computer science or information systems
You would be a strong candidate, if you have one of these following:
- Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, EC2, Office 365, S3)
- Experience with network traffic analysis (tcpdump, Wireshark)
- Knowledge of VMware backup and replication products
