Key Responsibilities
- Install and maintain hardware devices throughout the Jio Health network.
- Troubleshoot and fix issue with computers, printers, tablets, and other devices.
- Be point of contact for users regarding hardware issues.
- Assist users on site; travel with motorbike required.
- Provide basic training to new users.

Job Requirement
Your Skills and Experience
- Solid knowledge in networking and wireless.
- Knowledge of Windows, Linux and device configuration required.
- Knowledge of Android and iOS configuration required.
- Ability to do simple, hardware related tasks is a plus.
- Driver license
