VinID Product Design team is looking for a UX Designer who really wants to be a part of One of the most professional Product Design culture in Vietnam by focusing design on IMPACT, FAST and OUTSTANDING. If you’re ready to make your mark on the super-fast growing super app for Vietnamese, VinID.

As a UX Designer, you will closely work with the Product Development squad (incl. Scrum Master, Product Owner, Developers, QC, UI Designer, UX Writing and Visual Designer) to deliver the most valuable products that can solve User’s problem and Business requirement.

What you’ll be doing…

Together we bring the best Practice of compelling User Experience through a new product design/redesign, new useful features and functionality for millions of people on VinID App. Delivering a consistent end-to-end experience for user in a product that is sophisticated and complex

- Working independence or with others to define user empathy
- Managing user journey map of the product/domain by collecting data, interview
- Managing domain’s user insight by conducting user interview, usability feedback sessions, survey, etc, to inform product team and design team
- Creating & managing UX plan to improve the product through UX debt, backlog
- Help document and define UX design patterns and translate to Design system
- This role will report to the Head of Product Design

To do so, you must be a person…
- At least 2 yrs experience in Design solution as UX Designer, UX Research, Product Design
- You must be a really active UX designer, cause you’ll be joining a really active design team
- You must have very good logic ability, cause you’ll be asked a lot about your solution
- Must have a good imagination to be able to visualize the context around the user when they are performing a certain task.
- You have the basic knowledge about communication between DB, BE, FE, Device’s platform and User behavioral
- Ability in finding insights via Data, Research, User feedback
- User testing must be your really strong weapon to validate hypothesis
- Ability in making lo/hi-fi wireframe and prototype to present design solution to stakeholders

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or Interaction Design courses
- You really love Data-driven design
- You love foosball, ping pong
