Overview of job
As a Professional Business Analyst, you support our business application owners with the conceptual design and specification of new software solutions and features based on the stakeholders’ requirements. You are the crucial link between multiple stakeholders in Europe (Switzerland, Hungary) and the local software development team.
In your daily work, you will
- Analyze the overall context of the software solution to be created in terms of processes, structures, data and user interfaces
- Transform the business needs, requirements and desires into system requirements
- Identify and resolve conflicting goals regarding technical requirements
- Capture, analyze, validate and document customer needs and expectations of software solutions using standardized procedures
- Formulate functional and non-functional requirements to be created or adapted by means of requirement models
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and present the results
- Accompany the realization of the specification
- Change Request Management
- Present and evaluate alternative solutions considering technological and economic aspects
- Assist in the creation of test cases to align with customer specifications
- Evaluate and validate the software solution together with clients /stakeholders

Job Requirement
Your Skills and Experience
To master this job, you should have
- University degree at bachelor's or master's level in Computer Science or Business Informatics
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in requirements engineering or related field, e.g., business analysis, process modeling, software architecture, development
- Experience with Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc. a major plus
- Proactive personality with team player mentality and initiative
- Analytical and conceptual way of working and thinking
- Excellent communication skills in English
