Overview of job
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to project development from initiation to closure.
- Review estimation, code, deliverables from team
- Engage into software engineer process, including business analysis, solution and technical design
- Work with stakeholders to complete project scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget and timing.
- Provide project schedule to identify when each task is performed.
- Be accountable for project result to stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues and solve problems throughout project life cycle.
- Track and report on project milestone and provide the status report to the stakeholder.
Ensure all project documents are safely archived following project stages (Plan, Analyze, Design, Construct and Deploy).

Job Requirement
Your Skills and Experience
- 2+ years of experience with Flutter Mobile Development Platform
- 4+ years of experience with software development or 2+ years of iOS, Android development experience
- Familiarity with .Net Core and proficiency coding in C#, .NET
- 2+ years of experience leading mobile software development teams (For Lead Level)
- Experience with Agile, or Agile-based, development methodologies
- Experience with consuming and understanding of web services
- Experience of conducting Unit Test during development
- Experience of conducting Code Review with team members
Nice to have:
- Strong experience debugging Android and iOS, Jira, Git/Bit Bucket
- Have experience with UI/UX on mobile development
- Integration experience to back-end database or transactional systems
- Self-starter eager to learn new technologies; enthusiastic aboutresearching opportunities to grow and improve your skill set
- Exposure to a consultancy environment: experience working with clients and understand the relationship value with clients
- Excellent communicator, willing to help out a teammate and pitch in when needed on a team
- Independent in the work you do, but won’t hesitate to communicate when you need guidance
- Open to 25% travel (once it is safe to do so again)
- A sense of humor and perspective
- Native Android and iOS development experience is a plus
- Microsoft 365, Microsoft Power Platform and relating experience is a plus
